You're Beautiful Just the Way You Are

... and you better believe it. Everyone's body shape is different, noone's the same. So STOP looking at magazine pictures wanting to look like those stick-thin models, and start LOVING yourself! Accept yourself for who you are, because at the end of the day, everyone's perception on beauty is different. Some like curvier girls, and some like skinny looking girls. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is to be HEALTHY.
Just because you're thin, it doesn't mean that you're healthy. No, I'm not going to give a speech about the importance of health and balance and exercise and blah blah blah, but it's the truth. If you're BALANCED (a word i now live by), you'll look AND feel great. Stop comparing yourself to other people. Stop looking at those models, because most of the time, THEY DON'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THAT THEMSELVES!
I am human, and i will sometimes resort to my times of being agitated by the way i look.. but here's a solution: If you don't like it FIX IT! No, I don't necessarily mean resort to plastic surgery, but if you're overweight, exercise and take care of yourself! There's no magic pill to being healthy, but just don't overdo it either. Wear stuff that make you feel beautiful ... and remember, once you feel beautiful from the inside, the outside is just a bonus ;)
